Uptown Wine Club Terms and Conditions

Welcome and thank you for becoming part of the Uptown Wine Club! To help you make the most of your membership, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following policies, terms and conditions.

Uptown Wine Club Information

Uptown Wine Club offers 2 bottles per month with discounts and complementary benefits for members. There is no fee to join the Uptown Wine Club, and you may sign up anytime online and the tasting room. As a member you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.
Uptown Wine Club and the person signing for your at least 21 years of age.

Automatic Renewal Disclosure

The Uptown Wine Club is a monthly wine club that includes 2 bottles per month. Upon signing up for the Uptown wine club, your membership will continue until cancellation.

There is no minimum time commitment to membership, and you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time. Membership continues on monthly basis until we are otherwise notified. You may make any changes to your membership or cancel at any time by contacting uptownwineclub@coconoirwine.com.

By clicking “JOIN NOW" you authorize the Uptown Wine Club to charge your credit card for recurring billing on monthly or annually until you cancel your club membership.

The Uptown wine club consists of 12 wine shipments per year that will offer pick option only at CoCo Noir Wine Shop & Bar. Club members will receive an email notification at least one week prior to the billing date. Please add uptownwineclub@coconoirwine.com to your address book to avoid the email getting lost in your junk mail folder. 

Cancellation

There is no minimum time commitment to membership, and you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time. Membership continues on a per-pick up basis until we are otherwise notified. You may make any changes to your membership or cancel at any time by contacting uptownwineclub@coconoirwine.com. Changes or cancellations made after club processing may be subject to extra charges.

Skipped Shipments

Uptown Wine Club Members have the option to skip a shipment by emailing us at Uptownwineclub@coconoirwine.com. Members may skip up to two consecutive wine release pick-ups/billings and retain in Active Member status. After two membership wine release pick ups/billings pauses, we ask that members take the following wine release pick up in order to remain an Uptown Wine Club Member. Skipping a third wine pick up release would change your status to Inactive to allow us space to accommodate those on our Wine Club Waiting List.
